How can I take out a subscription?

Our subscription is due for renewal – what do we need to do?

Contact our team via phone on 0207 772 8311, or email at subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk, who will be happy to help.

Can I still access the website without subscribing?

Inside Housing Management is subscriber-only content, so you will not be able to read the articles without subscribing – subscribe here.

What happens if I need to change the name on my subscription?

Please contact us via phone on 0207 772 8311, or let us know via email at subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk. Our customer services team will be there to help you. 

We need to add a subscriber to our group subscription. Is this possible, and how will we be charged?

You can add additional subscribers to your current group subscription at any time. To find out how, and how you will be charged, please contact us on 0207 772 8459, or email subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk.  

We need to change the name of one of our group subscriptions to a different team member. How can I do this?

Please email subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk, or call 0208 772 8311. Our customer services team will be able to help you process the name change on the subscription. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please note we do not cancel active subscriptions as per our terms and conditions, but on a group subscription, a user can be removed.

Can I share my account with others?

Your subscription is for your use only. You should not share your user name and password with someone else. As per our terms and conditions, we do not permit subscribers to share their account with anyone else. 

Can I take out a subscription outside the UK?

Yes, you can take out a subscription outside the UK. To subscribe, please click here.

How can I pay for my subscription?

The standard method of payment is via invoice. Other payment methods are available by contacting our customer services team on 0208 772 8311, or emailing subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk.

Can I pay in currencies other than GBP (£)?

You can pay in currencies other than GBP (£). Please note that exchange rates will apply.

My company needs an invoice before paying for the subscription. How can I get one?

We can send you an invoice for your subscription, Please contact us by email subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk, where our customer services team will provide you with one. 

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

As you try to log in, you will find a ‘Reset password’ text prompt in red. Click this, and confirm your email address. Follow the instructions that you are given next. If the problem persists, you can contact us on 0207 772 8311, or email us at subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk.

Can I share an article with a colleague?

You can share an article link with a colleague. However, your colleague will only be able to read it if they are registered and subscribed to Inside Housing Management.

How do I sign up or stop receiving the newsletter?

Visit ‘My Account’ and select ‘Newsletters’. Tick the box to sign up for the newsletter, or untick to stop receiving. 

 

I’ve checked my newsletter preferences but I’m not receiving them

We would first recommend checking your junk/spam folder. If you have not listed our newsletters as safe senders, they are likely to be there. If they are not in your junk/spam folder, please contact us by phone 0207 772 8440, or email your query to subscriptions@insidehousing.co.uk.

I’m having issues accessing my account
