Tola Amodu is an associate professor in law at the University of East Anglia (UEA) specialising in land law (including housing law), public law and regulation.
She is also a practicing solicitor and a volunteer with the Norfolk Community Law Service focusing on housing law.
Her specialisms include homelessness, tenants’ rights and the application of public law duties to authorities.
Yetunde Dania is a partner in the property disputes team at law firm Trowers & Hamlins, and is head of the company’s tenancy disputes team.
She has more than 25 years’ experience of advising landlords in both the affordable housing and private sector, with extensive experience in advising on and resolving tenancy issues and disputes.
Dorota Pawlowski is a partner in the property disputes team at law firm Trowers & Hamlins.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in the residential property sector, advising landlords in all aspects of tenancy management.
Mandeep Sahota is a partner specialising in housing management and property litigation at law firm Devonshires.
She advises registered providers and local authorities, regularly handling cases including complex possession proceedings, injunctions and closure order matters involving individuals with vulnerabilities, substance abuse issues, or mental health issues.
Kelly Street is interim head of communities at Places for People.
She has more than 15 years’ experience in the social housing sector, and worked in lettings and as a housing officer before developing numerous specialisms, including in community investment, community safety, safeguarding, domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour (ASB), tenancy fraud and leadership.
