LinkedIn IHMInside Housing Management is looking to identify 30 employees who are doing amazing work in housing #UKHousing

As it reaches its first birthday, Inside Housing Management is looking to celebrate the vital work of housing teams across the UK by recognising 30 staff members who are delivering excellence in their field.

Housing management staff are facing more challenges than ever before, with rising numbers of people in housing need, increasingly complex casework, growing cost of living challenges, and new regulations to contend with – including Awaab’s Law and the incoming Competence and Conduct Standard.

At the same time, the sector is seeing wide-ranging improvements in its service provision as conscientious staff members rise to meet these challenges.

To recognise the brilliant work of housing management teams, Inside Housing Management is looking for 30 people who work in housing management and who are raising the standard, challenging the status quo, or simply delivering excellence in their field.

This isn’t just for housing officers! Nominated individuals could be working at any level in any housing management-related role, including (but not limited to): property and neighbourhood management, allocations, rent advisory services, digital inclusion, tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, anti-social behaviour, specialist support work, complaints, call centres, homelessness prevention, and repairs.

They could be demonstrating exceptional promise at an earlier stage in their career, or already driving change from a prominent role. Their work could be guiding and inspiring colleagues internally, influencing peers across the sector, or creating significant change for residents.
